You’ll probably be surprised that my pricing for an all inclusive package of a 3D model with multiple iterations, videos, rendered images and 2D planning drawings, will normally be less that the basic 2D equivalent from most other architectural practices. This is because I am now semi-retired, combined with having considerable experience and using the latest methods and technology.
If you just need the 2D drawings for planning permission or builder quotes, without the 3D model, then I can happily do this too.

- Producing 2D drawings only for planning permission or builders quotes, as you have a clear view of your exact requirements – from £650.
- Submitting your planning application from my 2D planning drawings (Lawful Development Certificate or full Planning Permission) and being your Agent (make contact with the assigned Planning Officer, try to address any concerns within the current application) – from £150.
- Full inclusive package (3D model with multiple iterations, walkthrough videos, rendered images and 2D planning drawings, submitting your planning application) – £900-£1300.
